Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites, the Potato Club membership program, and related services (together, the “Services”) offered by MashMore (“MashMore,” “we,” “us”), located at The Potato Lab, 274 Delaware Avenue, Albany, NY. By using the Services or joining the Potato Club, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and a resident of the United States to use the Services. Each person may hold one Potato Club membership.

Your account

You sign in with Google or a one-time code sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping access to your email or Google account secure and for activity that happens under your membership. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

The Potato Club

Membership in the Potato Club is also governed by our Loyalty Terms, which describe the welcome bowl, member offers, and how the program works. Where the Loyalty Terms address a specific program detail, they control for that detail.

Acceptable use

Please don’t misuse the Services. In particular, don’t attempt to create multiple accounts, claim rewards you are not entitled to, tamper with the redemption screen, or use the Services to defraud MashMore or others. We may suspend or end memberships that are used for fraud or abuse.

Offers and coupons

Any free bowl, coupon, or member offer is subject to availability and to any terms stated with the offer. Offers have no cash value, cannot be combined unless we say so, and may be changed, limited, or ended at any time. Rewards are redeemed in person at our counter.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date below. Your continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, MashMore is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Services or the Potato Club.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
