This Privacy Policy explains what MashMore (“we,” “us”) collects when you join the Potato Club, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Potato Club membership program and related pages.

What we collect

• Your email address and, when you provide them, your name, and optionally your phone number and birthday.
• Sign-in information — we use Google sign-in or a one-time code sent to your email to verify it’s you.
• Membership activity — such as which offers you claim and redeem in store.
• Basic technical data — such as IP address and device information, used to keep the program secure and prevent abuse.

How we use it

• To run the Potato Club and give you your welcome bowl.
• To verify and apply your rewards when you redeem them at the counter.
• To send you member offers, coupons, and account-related messages.
• To prevent fraud and abuse and to improve our service.

How we share it

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate the Potato Club — including our database and authentication provider (Supabase), Google (for sign-in), and our email provider — and only so they can perform services for us. We may also share information if required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from member offer emails at any time using the link in those emails; we may still send you account-related messages. To access, correct, or delete your membership information, contact us at the address below and we’ll take care of it.

Data retention

We keep your membership information while you are a member and as needed to run the program, then delete or de-identify it. If you ask us to close your account, we delete your membership profile.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data protected.

Children

The Potato Club is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date below.
